Being an energy healer doesn't mean I’ve left behind my practical, professional side. In fact, healing is something that I integrate into every aspect of my life, including the work I do with individuals in leadership positions who face high levels of stress. Throughout my career, I’ve learned that balance is key—and healing is the tool that helps me, and others, find that balance.
Earlier this year, I applied for an executive headteacher position and went through a demanding interview process. The experience was intense, filled with back-to-back written and practical tasks. Although I made it to the final stages, I could feel the impact of the stress building up in my body. What made the difference was the healing work I practised during the process.
In one interview exercise, I was faced with a student who, while holding a metal ruler, expressed aggressive behaviour. This situation brought up a strong physical reaction in me—my body froze. This wasn’t just about the interview, but the trapped energy and past trauma that surfaced in response to the loud, aggressive energy in the room. It was the perfect storm for my body to react to.
In moments like this, healing work is like putting together a puzzle. Each piece represents a part of the situation—the stress, the energy in the room, and your own emotional response. Using techniques like the Body Code, I was able to quickly recognize the signs of trapped energy and physical trauma and release them, preventing long-term emotional strain.
After each interview segment, I took a few moments to release the tension that was building up in my body. I identified stress hormones that had spiked and energy from past physical trauma that was resurfacing. By releasing this energy in real time, I felt more grounded and clear-headed. Without this healing work, I’m certain the stress would have accumulated and impacted me not only during the interview but beyond it.
Through this experience, I realized that healing isn’t something I just offer to others—it’s also something that sustains me. It helps me manage high-pressure situations, navigate emotional storms, and stay balanced, no matter what the external circumstances might be.
For leaders and professionals dealing with constant stress, energy healing can provide profound benefits. Whether it’s the accumulated stress from decision-making, managing teams, or navigating complex situations, energy healing helps release the blockages that contribute to burnout, overwhelm, and anxiety.
Healing isn't just for the end of the workweek—it’s a tool that can be used daily to maintain balance, clarity, and focus. For those in leadership, incorporating healing into your routine can help you approach your responsibilities from a place of alignment and calm, rather than stress and exhaustion.
If you’re in a high-stress position or simply feeling the weight of your responsibilities, I believe that energy healing can offer the release and balance you need. Through methods like the Body Code and Emotion Code, I can help you uncover and release the trapped emotions and energies that may be holding you back from operating at your fullest potential.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation to discuss how this work can support you in maintaining balance and well-being in your personal and professional life.
