Letting Go - A Podcast

This week I recorded my first podcast with Sharon Wheatley, an intuitive guide I met during my training as a Spiritual Counsellor. Sharon has an extraordinary ability to tune into the wider consciousness, and I have often felt how beautifully her insights echo the themes that arise in my work with clients. It felt only natural to bring those threads together in conversation.
In this episode, we reflect on the connection between the individual journey and the collective field - remembering that our personal experiences are never isolated, but part of something far greater. There is comfort in recognising that what we move through is often mirrored in the wider energetic landscape.
One moment that stayed with me was our discussion around letting go - how necessary it is, and yet how challenging it can feel. Sharon spoke about night-time as a sacred window: a time when the body softens, releases and regenerates. From there, we explored the idea of consciously tending to our energetic space before sleep - reducing the presence of electronics and surrounding ourselves with objects that feel nourishing and supportive. A plant by the bedside, or crystals such as selenite, amethyst or shungite, can serve as gentle anchors for rest and renewal.
Letting go is not simply about release; it is also about recreation. Each time we clear something, we are invited to choose what we wish to hold instead. To consciously shape the energy around us.
How might you create your space?
I hope you enjoy listening. Please do share your reflections, and let me know what themes you would like us to explore in future conversations. I look forward to recording more.
