Once you book your session, we’ll create your personalised plan. You’ll receive an email within 2 days to choose your preferred day and time.
Sessions are offered online or in-person.
1. Appointments
All sessions (in-person and distance) are booked in advance.
2. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.
3. Refunds
No refunds are offered once a session has taken place.
Refunds are not available for emotional or subjective experiences following a session.
4. Distance Sessions
Distance sessions are treated the same as in-person sessions and are non-refundable once delivered.
