Healing imbalances early to help children grow with strength and confidence.

Supporting children through intuitive healing is something very close to my heart. I have spent over two decades working with young people, especially in educational settings, and have had the privilege of supporting those facing complex mental health challenges. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the barriers children can encounter. I am also passionate about working with children who are neurodiverse.

Through using the Body Code, I’ve seen just how quickly and naturally young people can respond to energy healing. It is a real honour to work with children at this early stage in life, helping to clear imbalances so they can grow with greater ease, confidence, and joy.

Healing & Empowerment: 3 Session Journey for Under-12s

A unique three-session in-person package for children under 12, combining intuitive healing with personal development, mindfulness, and creative vision boarding.

Each session gently supports your child’s emotional well-being and confidence by exploring who they are, what they’d like to be better at and how to imagine new possibilities for themselves.

This in-person programme is designed to help children feel grounded, empowered, and connected to their inner strengths. It’s ideal for children navigating change, uncertainty, low confidence, or emotional challenges.

The session starts with a reflective question to build self-awareness

Practise gentle mindfulness and visualisation

Use the Body Code to identify and release imbalances

Create a vision board (over 3 sessions) using images and art to reflect their inner world and hope
